Please note that for safety and purity standards, we cannot accept returns on products where the original security seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship to Facility

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our designated processing center; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
